Are the travel expenses included in your packages or covered additionally?

Wild Mare Photo & Co. includes travel within 50 miles of the home location. Sessions or weddings outside of that range will require a travel fee of $0.75 per mile (round trip). Locations requiring extended distance may also include lodging or airfare if overnight travel is necessary. For destination weddings, a custom travel quote will be provided during the booking process based on location and accommodations. All travel costs will always be discussed and approved ahead of time to ensure a smooth and transparent experience.

What happens if the weather is unfavourable for an outdoor shoot?

Because many Wild Mare Photo & Co. sessions take place outdoors in natural light, weather can occasionally require us to adjust plans. If the forecast calls for heavy rain, severe wind, or unsafe conditions, your session will be happily rescheduled at no additional cost. I always keep a close eye on the weather leading up to your session and will communicate with you if a new date is needed. My goal is to ensure the best possible lighting and conditions so your photos turn out beautiful and timeless.
